This is Part III - PART III - (I hope to never type that again) of the Shaggy Dog, City Goat saga. Yes, I know, a saga of my own making, yet cobbled together from an actual episode of Homicide, with BTS glimpses and the discovery of this next bit of mystery stuff.
Does it achieve a Holmesian level of intrigue? That might be pushing it - but worthy enough to warrant some reportage and the cagey use of anonymous sources.
